Our colleagues Claudio Javier García and Ana Ruiz study the energy performance of a residential housing block in Zaragoza to validate the GIS-based calculation method that allows us to calculate the energy savings that we would obtain if we refurbish the exterior envelope of the housing stock, adapting it to the current regulations for nearly zero consumption buildings.
